Very competitive total compensation opportunity (135k+) which includes:
o RVU bonus based on annual threshold
o Quality incentives up to $10,000 annually

Level IV Trauma Center
Approximately 34-38 patients per 24-hour shift
o Nurse practitioner shift is 10a-10p
